  you will receive a United States Small Business Administration (SBA) Guaranteed 
  loan.  In fact, the National Business Association, Small Business Advancement 
  National Center nor the SBA can guarantee that you will receive such a loan.  
  You may be turned down for a number of reasons.  Although, if you did have 
  a score of 70 or more, you might have taken the First Step into the world of
